With over twenty years experience in the management, design and delivery of training in the Learning and Development industry and a deep abiding passion to support and help people, I now provide L&D services to a range of organisations accross all sectors.
My training programmes are unique with long lasting impact and effect based on your desired outcomes. The secret is to make it engaging, relatable, contextualised to your business, non-patronising and most imprtantly, fun!
Whilst based in Lincolnshire I work with organisations of all sizes across the UK to deliver a wide range of online and classroom based developmental services.
The most popular programmes have proven to be the various levels of management and leadership development, including standalone topics such as performance management, how to handle conflict and difficult conversations along with Trust-based Relationships and Customer Service skills.
Wellbeing has become a priority for many in recent years and this forms an integral part of my stress management and personal resilience workshops whilst Coaching and Mentoring skills continue to prove themselves useful, especially when combined with the design & delivery of effective training inputs or presentation skills.
I also provide consultancy advice and guidance on how to manage, support and develop the most valuable resource in your organisation, your staff!
